Unfortunately, the “setting up” alone would take an entire article, and if I were to include it in this one, people would complain about it being too long. Most likely they would not ever bother complaining or reading the article, and so, it’s a balance of keeping it short and making it comprehensive. I am not saying that I hit this balance perfectly, but… you get me ;-)
